Shipping & Pickup

You can purchase your items online and pick them up at an IMAGE Medi-Spa Store, or ship them directly to your doorstep. Here you'll find everything you need to know about pickup, shipping, and much more.

 

Shipping & Delivery

IMAGE Medi-Spa uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the Secure Checkout page you'll see your item description, price and Ships time.

Ships Time

The 'Ships' time is an estimate of when the item will leave our warehouse. For example, if an item displays "Ships: Within 24 hours," the item will leave our warehouse within 24 hours after you place your order. While IMAGE Medi-Spa works hard to ship every order as quickly as possible, personalized, custom-configured, and more popular items may have longer Ship times.

Occasionally, we will confirm ship and delivery times, then learn we are unable to fulfill the order due to low product availability. In these rare cases, we will notify by email of the new ship and delivery times.

Items ship as they become available. Once the item leaves our warehouse, the shipping method you choose on the Checkout page determines when shipped items will deliver to your shipping address. You can ship each item to a different address, and choose up to 15 different addresses per order.

Shipping Methods

Once the item leaves our warehouse, the Shipping Method you choose on the Checkout page determines how quickly your shipped item delivers to your doorstep. You can choose a different Shipping Method for each item on your order.

Shipping Methods:

                                       UPS Ground → Delivers within 5-7 business days*

                                       UPS 2nd Day → Delivers within 2 business days

                                       UPS Next Day Shipping → Delivers within 1 business day

Personal Pickup

You can select an IMAGE Medi-Spa Retail Store to pick up of most items purchased on the IMAGE Medi-Spa Online Store.

Once you're ready to purchase, select the Pick up button on the Checkout page. If you would like to change the pickup location, click the Change store link.

If you would like someone else to pick up your items, select “Someone else will pick up these items” in Pickup Details on the Checkout page.

To pick up your items in an IMAGE Medi-Spa Store, you will need to bring the card used for payment, or the order number and a valid photo ID. If you have designated a Pickup Contact, they will need to bring the order number and a valid photo ID.

Items marked Available Today will usually be ready for pick up within an hour. You'll receive a Pickup Notification email when each item becomes available. Please wait for the Pickup Notification email before coming to the IMAGE Medi-Spa Store.

What's Next?

Once your order is placed, IMAGE Medi-Spa provides information on your order by email. The type of email you receive depends on whether you chose to have the items shipped or picked up. If you have multiple items on your order, you may receive additional emails for each item.

Order Acknowledgement Email

The Order Acknowledgement email provides a summary of all the items on your order. If you are shipping an item on your order, the Order Acknowledgement will display the shipping address and a Delivers date link. You can click the Delivers date link to view your order status in online Order Status.

For pickup items on your order, the Order Acknowledgement email will display the IMAGE Medi-Spa Store location. If you have designated someone to pick up your items, the Order Acknowledgement email will also display your Pickup Contact.

Shipment Notification Email

We'll send a Shipment Notification email when the item ships from our warehouse. The Shipment Notification email includes the carrier name, tracking number, and a Delivers by date. You can click the tracking number link to track your package on the carrier's website.

For an IMAGE Medi-Spa Store Gift Card by Email, we'll send you an email notification once we send the gift card to the recipient.

Pickup Notification Email

Once your items are available at the IMAGE Medi-Spa Store, we'll send a Pickup Notification email.

To pick up your items, you will need to bring the card used for payment, or the order number and a valid photo ID. If you have designated someone else to pick up your items, they will need to bring the order number and a valid photo ID.

Pickup Reminder Email

We'll send a Pickup Reminder email if all of your items have been available for two days.

Delivery Options

IMAGE Medi-Spa chooses which carrier will deliver your shipment. To make sure your order reaches you safely, most of our carriers require a signature for delivery. Packages delivered by DHL Global and USPS do not require a signature. For packages that do require a signature, the carrier will make three delivery attempts before sending the package back to IMAGE Medi-Spa.

If you are unavailable to provide a signature, IMAGE Medi-Spa offers three easy options for you to receive your package.

Option 1: Pre-sign with IMAGE Medi-Spa

There are two ways you can Pre-sign for your shipment:

Click the Pre-sign for this shipment link in your Shipment Notification email

 

Visit online Order Status and click the "Pre-sign for this shipment" link

Complete and print the Shipment Release Authorization form. Leave the form on your door for the carrier, prior to 8:00 a.m. on the day of expected delivery.

You can specify a preferred delivery location (e.g., front door, back door, immediate neighbor, or building manager). If you provide an address other than the one specified on the package, someone must sign for the package.

If you'd like to pre-sign for more than one shipment, simply print, sign, and leave a Shipment Release Authorization for each package.

For safety and security reasons, all deliveries are subject to the driver's discretion. If you are unable to access the Pre-sign Form, call IMAGE Medi-Spa Store Customer Service at 1-701-478-7700 and let us help!

Option 2: Sign to release your shipment to your address, an immediate neighbor, or a building manager

If you did not pre-sign for your package through IMAGE Medi-Spa, and you were unavailable to provide a signature, the carrier will leave a Delivery Notice on your door after the first delivery attempt.

You can sign the Delivery Notice, specify a preferred delivery location (e.g., front door, back door, immediate neighbor, building manager), and leave the notice on your door prior to the next delivery attempt.

If you provide an address other than the one specified on the package, someone must sign for the package.

Option 3: Pick up package at carrier's local facility

After the first delivery attempt, you can request to pick up your package at our carrier's local facility. Call the number on the carrier's Delivery Notice and inform the carrier you'd like to pick up your package in person.

To pick up your package from the carrier's local facility, you'll need:

            The Delivery Notice

           

            Government ID (driver's license, passport) that matches the package name and address

           

            Second ID with your name on it (credit card, social security card)

The carrier can release the package only to the person included on the shipping address.

Shopping in the U.S.

The IMAGE Medi-Spa Online Store U.S. ships items only within the 50 United States. No shipments can be made to PO Box addresses, United States territories, or addresses outside of the United States. You may not export any products purchased at the IMAGE Medi-Spa Online Store.

Sales to U.S. territories

We are happy to ship your order to a friend or family member residing within the 50 United States if your billing address is within one of the following United States territories:

            Armed Forces Canada

            Guam

Simply shop at the IMAGE Medi-Spa Online Store U.S. with the payment method of your choice, and we'll ship the order to any address within the 50 United States.

We regret that we cannot ship orders placed on the IMAGE Medi-Spa Online Store U.S. to addresses outside of the 50 United States.
